There is a new reading craze among new moms, on the benefit of reading to very young children. Cognitive skills, vocabulary building, and openness to learning new languages other than their native language are just some benefits. For baby showers, birthdays, school parties, parents are giving my Merry-Go-Round storybook series instead of cards.
